12. Your right to cancel / Refund Policy

(i) Within the "cooling off period" - if, after buying a Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policy from Clarity, you decide that you do not want the policy after all, simply contact Clarity within 30 days from receipt of your policy document and, subject to you not having made a claim, Clarity will cancel all cover. Clarity will give a full refund of any premium you have already paid within this period.

(ii) Outside the "cooling off period" - if you decide to cancel at any time after the initial 30 day cooling off period, any refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis providing you have not made a claim. An administration fee of £35 will apply.

13. Security

All transactions are protected by 128 bit SSL encryption software, as verified by VERISIGN. We use WorldPay as our Payment Gateway provider.

Clarity may contact your bank & the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders but is carried out in the interest of Clarity & the genuine cardholder.

All information that you supply us with is stored on our secured servers. Any payment details will be encrypted using SSL technology to prevent unauthorised access. Clarity do not keep financial details such as our customers’ bank details and card numbers on our servers. These details are handled by Worldpay and are one of the most trusted organisations for payment gateway services.

Due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us, or information stored on our servers, will be free from unauthorised access by third parties.
